Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a well-rounded picture of their needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions, continuously evaluating their effectiveness and modifying strategies as needed.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to facilitate integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications\n
