Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify the specific needs and strengths of each student.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to deliver effective psychotherapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, following all ethical and legal standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other mental health professionals to integrate therapeutic strategies within the school environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of children, adolescents, and families. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program is required.
