This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to engage with your clients effectively. Your role will involve collaboration with teachers, school counselors, and guardians to create a supportive network for students.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students, identifying strengths and areas for intervention.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs, with measurable goals and interventions.

• Act as a liaison between students, parents, and school staff to facilitate coordinated care and support.

• Lead crisis interventions and develop safety plans for students in distress.
\n
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to empower students and their families.

• Participate in case consultations with multidisciplinary teams to enhance collaborative care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with students facing a range of mental health challenges within the school environment. Your client base will be diverse, encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
