Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure and therapeutic individual therapy sessions, as well as couples or family sessions, utilizing video conferencing technology that adheres to HIPAA regulations.

• Complete comprehensive client intake assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions and measure progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, adjusting strategies based on client feedback and evolving circumstances, to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Participate in optional peer consultation meetings and engaging virtual training sessions to enhance clinical skills and foster team collaboration.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources when necessary, emphasizing an integrative approach to client wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
