Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a clinical expert for students demonstrating symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, delivering high-quality therapeutic services both remotely and in person as necessary.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, focusing on client empowerment and ensuring that services are tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ needs, collaborate with educational staff, and coordinate care with families and other providers.

• Provide ongoing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, and participate actively in crisis intervention efforts when required.

• Monitor and document progress, ensuring timely completion of treatment reports and data within organizational systems.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize treatment outcomes and share insights with colleagues to foster best practices across the agency.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to shared goals focused on improving the mental health services within the school setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds who may face a range of psychological and emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
