Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a vital liaison between families, clients, and outpatient providers to coordinate care and support services.

• Manage interactions with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and ensure appropriate utilization management.

• Engage in discharge and aftercare planning, ensuring that clients have a solid transition plan tailored to their individual needs.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, actively modeling a healthy relationship with food, which is essential for clients' recovery.

• Administer safe, empathetic, and culturally sensitive care that respects each client's unique identity and circumstances.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific mental health needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
