Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify each student's strengths, needs, and unique challenges.

• Design and implement evidence-based therapy and counseling interventions tailored to individuals, families, and group contexts.

• Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic approach to the student’s wellness.

• Advocate for students' rights and facilitate access to vital community resources, including mental health support services and educational accommodations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records through electronic health record systems, documenting treatment progress and outcomes.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to foster collective learning and professional development experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with K-12 students who come from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and social adjustment challenges. Your role will support these children in navigating their emotional landscapes, thereby contributing to their academic success and overall well-being

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, specifically to children or adolescents.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting effective treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families from varying backgrounds.
