Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule that aligns with the school calendar. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team dedicated to promoting student mental health; you’ll work closely with educators, administrators, and other mental health professionals to address the unique emotional and psychological needs of students. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to students facing various emotional and behavioral challenges to support their mental well-being.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses based on clinical evaluations and standardized psychological assessments.

• Create individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals tailored to each student’s specific needs, documenting progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Offer crisis intervention services when needed, including conducting risk assessments for suicidal ideation and coordinating necessary hospitalizations or referrals.

• Work collaboratively with educational staff to implement mental health initiatives, promoting overall student well-being within the school community.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical policies and procedures, enhancing service delivery within our organization.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through trainings and workshops to stay current with emerging best practices in clinical social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population for this role includes students from diverse backgrounds, exhibiting a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will serve as a vital resource for students, helping them navigate their emotional challenges while fostering resilience, coping skills, and academic engagement.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, along with a current and valid LCSW license.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health services to individuals and families, preferably in educational or school settings.

• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Demonstrated competency in working with diverse populations, including an understanding of cultural, racial, and socioeconomic factors influencing mental health.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and school staff.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time LCSW position is competitive, with a yearly compensation between USD 75,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience.
