Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of impactful tasks, including but not limited to:

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies, facilitating transparent communication and continuity of care.

• Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team, including educational professionals and other mental health experts, to deliver well-coordinated care and support for students.

• Participating in regular case consultations and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and contribute to the team's collective knowledge.

• Providing education to students and their families about mental health, available support services, and community resources to empower them in their journeys toward improved mental health.

This role focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents, along with their families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
