Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotions, behaviors, and needs through both virtual and in-person consultations to develop tailored care plans.

• Implement and manage individualized support packages that address client-specific challenges and promote recovery.
\n
• Develop measurable goals in collaboration with clients, closely monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support to clients during scheduled sessions, facilitating a safe space for discussion and reflection.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records documenting client interactions, treatment progress, and service referrals.
\n
• Participate in case conferences and engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and share insights on client progress.
\n
• Advise clients on available community resources and services that can assist in their recovery journeys, including referrals to external agencies.
\n
• Serve as a mental health advocate, interfacing with legal systems and providing testimony in court as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse individuals and families from different backgrounds, each facing unique challenges related to mental health, trauma, and socioeconomic factors. The role requires a strong sense of empathy and cultural competence to effectively engage with and support clients experiencing neglect, domestic violence, or substance abuse issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Clinical experience providing social work and counseling services with a focus on outpatient settings.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to foster a trusting client relationship.

• Cultural sensitivity and competence to work effectively with diverse populations.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in social work practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brighter Future Psychotherapy Services offers competitive remuneration in the range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. We also provide substantial benefits including:
