Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Oasis of Healing, you will be at the forefront of delivering compassionate psychotherapy services. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of your clients, understanding their mental health background, and developing personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring they are tailored to each individual's unique circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and organized clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding the confidentiality and trust of our patients.

• Collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to enhance patient care through shared insights and expertise.

• Participating in regular case consultation and peer review meetings to elevate the standard of care through continuous learning and collaboration.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available within the community.

• Staying updated with the latest research and methodologies in mental health to continually improve your clinical practice and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals and families dealing with complex mental health concerns. You will engage with patients facing emotional crises, chronic illness, grief, and transitions related to end-of-life care in a hospice setting, delivering thoughtful and compassionate support throughout their journey.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this rewarding position, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
