In the role of Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will...

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of individuals and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that utilize solution-focused interventions.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to fit the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation following best practices and in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals within our multidisciplinary team to provide a well-rounded approach to patient care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care and fostering professional development.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, guiding them to community resources and treatment options that can enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid License to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is essential.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services to clients with diverse mental health needs is preferred.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly CBT and DBT, is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting the value you bring to our organization. Additional compensation opportunities such as bonuses are available.
