Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs as well as relevant social determinants affecting their well-being.

• Provide individualized, one-on-one counseling to clients dealing with a wide range of mental health and psychosocial issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that focus on common mental health concerns, encourage peer support, and offer psychoeducation to participants.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention services, which involve performing risk assessments, creating safety plans, and coordinating access to emergency resources as required.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, helping them navigate the complexities of healthcare and community resources to ensure they receive necessary services.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering annual compensation between $80,000 and $95,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Benefits include:
