Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly as a clinician to assist clients facing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Establish positive rapport and trust with clients through compassionate engagement, and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Create and implement comprehensive integrated care plans that address the unique needs of each client, ensuring effective service linkage and collaboration with family members and external providers.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, including brief, developmentally-appropriate evaluations, followed by detailed assessments as necessary.

• Monitor treatment progress and client outcomes through regular evaluation and adjustment of care plans, ensuring the highest quality of support.

• Respond to crisis situations promptly and appropriately, providing immediate support and intervention to clients in distress.

• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment by sharing insights and working towards common organizational goals.

• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies while ensuring timely completion of documentation and reporting responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
