Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Steadfast Support Clinic, you will play a vital role in fostering recovery through a myriad of responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment and discharge plans grounded in psychosocial assessments and established social work practices.

• Craft tailored, individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient, utilizing evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
