Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, encompassing psychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews, to establish a thorough understanding of each patient’s situation.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the patients’ individual, cultural, and situational needs, ensuring collaborative efforts in goal-setting.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy, utilizing extensive therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Facilitate immediate crisis interventions and coordinate care with other professionals to ensure seamless transitions for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with tools to manage their mental health effectively and promoting ongoing support.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Evaluate therapeutic outcomes routinely, applying evidence-based assessment tools to monitor and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Annual salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000, with variations based on experience, education, and location.
