Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LCSW will encompass the full spectrum of psychotherapy services, specifically tailored to meet the mental health needs of students. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the specific mental health needs of students, developing targeted treatment plans that align with their unique challenges.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting methods based on individual client preferences and requirements.

• Documenting all clinical interactions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including school psychologists, counselors, and educators—to promote a holistic approach to each student’s care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of our services and treatment efficacy.

• Providing educational resources and support to students and their families, empowering them to understand mental health issues and available treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide array of concerns—from anxiety and depression to interpersonal challenges and trauma-related issues. The students come from diverse backgrounds and possess varying degrees of mental health literacy, making your role critical in providing accessible and relatable solutions tailored to their individual contexts.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in Illinois.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focused emphasis on psychotherapy and working with youth populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
