Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health concerns, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Provide individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the students and their families, establishing clear goals and interventions.

• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational classes to enhance students' coping skills and resilience.

• Engage in crisis prevention and intervention strategies, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, school personnel, and other healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to student care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
