Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and screenings to identify clients’ needs, offering brief intervention services focused on mental health support.

• Creating and implementing integrated care plans that address the specific developmental and emotional needs of students and their families.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy through various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

• Participating in crisis intervention efforts and serving as a first responder when urgent mental health concerns arise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families who are experiencing emotional difficulties and mental health challenges within the school system. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge in social work practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
