Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively engage with clients in the office and virtually, delivering therapeutic services to those experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to tailor interventions effectively, ensuring each client receives individualized care.

• Create and implement comprehensive integrated care plans that facilitate the coordination of services among clients, families, and providers.
\n
• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, documentation, and ensuring that treatment services align with their presenting problems and expressed needs.

• Work collaboratively as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals, enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and solutions as crises arise.

• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and codes of conduct while championing safety within the work environment.

• Provide timely and thorough reporting and data submission to ensure compliance with agency standards and enhance care delivery.

• Engage in on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned to support ongoing client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
