Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with students, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities tailored to their unique needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Perform thorough assessments through interviews and observational techniques, assessing behavioral and emotional issues to guide effective treatment strategies.

• Train and adjust assessment protocols to align with best practices and regulations in mental health care, ensuring compliance with all ethical guidelines.

• Maintain a manageable caseload that includes individual therapy and collateral therapy, constantly reviewing and adapting therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Oversee documentation related to case files for quality and compliance, verifying that all necessary records, including progress notes and treatment plans, meet clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with children and adolescents in a school setting, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Clinical Independent Social Worker License (LICSW).
