In this role, you will operate from a fully remote setting, facilitating flexibility in your work schedule. Despite the remote nature of the work, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in meaningful interactions with educators, mental health professionals, and students. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW at Beacon of Hope Behavioral Health, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the individual needs of students, and devising tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.

• Providing a range of therapeutic services, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate the emotional and psychological development of your clients.

• Maintaining timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA laws and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and quality care.
\n
• Collaborating with a team of professionals, including psychologists and educators, to develop individualized support strategies that address students’ unique challenges.
\n
• Engaging in regular case consults and team meetings to review treatment progress and enhance the overall quality of care.
\n
• Educating and supporting patients and their families, offering resources and guidance on treatment options and mental health challenges.
\n
• Staying abreast of developments and research in the field of mental health, integrating new knowledge into practice to improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Managing a diverse caseload of students, ensuring that their treatment objectives are met through consistent follow-ups and adjustments in care as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and interpersonal difficulties. Your work will play an essential part in fostering their resilience and promoting overall emotional health in a supportive educational context.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
\n
• A valid Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy within a school or community mental health setting

• Strong knowledge of intervention techniques and therapeutic modalities, showcasing an ability to apply solution-focused approaches to facilitate client progress

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that allow for meaningful connections with patients, families, and team members

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize the vital role that our Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers play in the lives of our clients, and we are proud to offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually.
