Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the needs of each student.

• Provide psychotherapy through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to facilitate healing and promote emotional resilience among students.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality while contributing to the agency's operational effectiveness.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff, fostering a holistic approach to student mental health and learning outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
