Key Responsibilities\n

  Implement therapeutic interventions grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities to help students navigate their mental health challenges and foster resilience.

  Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations as well as ethical guidelines established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

  Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to support students' mental well-being effectively.

  Engage in regular peer review meetings and case consultations, enhancing the quality of care provided and promoting a culture of continuous learning within our team.

  Educate students and their families about mental health conditions, available resources, and effective coping strategies, empowering them to take charge of their wellness journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
