Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and, when necessary, diagnose mental health conditions while applying appropriate clinical tools, such as the DSM-5, to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Continuously evaluate each patient's progress, providing evidence-based interventions and strategies to support their mental health diagnoses.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all treatment records and clinical reports in compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.

• Collaboration is key: work with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans focusing on individual needs and desired outcomes.

• Anticipate and address safety concerns, symptom management, and crisis interventions while actively participating in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Act as a liaison for patients by coordinating referral options and fostering effective relationships with other clinicians and referral agencies.

• Provide educational mentorship and support to students, interns, and volunteers interested in the field of social work and mental health.

• Under the direction of your clinical supervisor, engage in peer reviews and collaborative training sessions to enhance team member development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
