Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify the emotional and behavioral needs of students, evaluating their strengths and areas for growth.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, ensuring alignment with the specific challenges faced by young clients.

• Facilitate engaging and evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, promoting coping strategies, social skills, and emotional regulation.

• Work closely with teachers, school counselors, and other healthcare providers to design integrated care plans that support students' academic and personal success.

• Advocate for clients' rights and access to appropriate community resources, ensuring that students and families receive comprehensive support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress within electronic health records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State, in good standing.

• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in a school or youth-focused setting.
