Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions, implementing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment efficacy and provide holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing insights and strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision aimed at enhancing clinical skills.

• Uphold client confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LICSW licensure to practice in the State of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated experience in therapeutic methodologies, particularly CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Ability to provide malpractice insurance coverage as part of professional practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
