Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a vital liaison between students, families, and outpatient mental health providers, coordinating care and resources effectively.

• Interact with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification processes and manage utilization effectively, ensuring every client receives the appropriate coverage and support.

• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, ensuring a smooth transition for clients and their families once they leave intensive care settings.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, modeling healthy relationships with food while addressing any related psychological concerns.

• Deliver empathetic and affirming care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, considering the variety of intersecting identities and backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, along with their families, who are navigating various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in implementing evidence-based practices and interventions designed to address issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
