This position is a full-time remote role, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while serving a dynamic school population in Renton, Washington. As an LICSW, you will engage with students during school hours, using technology to connect and deliver quality mental health services tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, identifying areas that may benefit from therapeutic intervention.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, along with group therapy when appropriate, to address behavioral issues, social skills development, and emotional regulation.

• Implement collaborative goal-setting with clients, guiding them in tracking progress towards their personal growth and therapeutic objectives.

• Document all client interactions and maintain precise, confidential client records in adherence to Washington state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training that enhance clinical skills and increase knowledge of current therapeutic practices.

• Work closely with school personnel to provide integrated support for students, including consultation with teachers and administrative staff to address broader educational and social issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will primarily involve school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom may face obstacles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to positively influence their educational experience and emotional development, acting as a key support figure in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proven experience providing therapy to diverse populations, especially within school systems.

• Advanced clinical skills, with a thorough understanding of various evidence-based treatments.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for engaging students and collaborating with families and educators.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
