Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of students.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, ensuring seamless integration of treatment strategies and interventions.

• Regularly monitor client progress, utilizing evidence-based practices to adapt treatment plans as necessary to facilitate improvement.

• Engage with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to coordinate support for students, enhancing their academic and personal growth.

• Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to students and their families, leveraging strong verbal communication skills to foster trust and rapport.

• Facilitate training and workshops for school staff on mental health awareness and intervention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with students in the Longview, Washington area, providing support to those facing challenges related to mental health, behavioral issues, and life transitions. Our clients are diverse, with a range of backgrounds and needs, requiring a compassionate and adaptable approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LICSW license in Washington State.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in clinical social work, especially in a school or similar setting.

• Outstanding verbal communication skills, enabling effective advocacy and counseling for patients.
\n
• Strong analytical abilities to craft personalized treatment plans that lead to successful outcomes for clients.

• A proactive coaching style to help students and families implement positive changes in behavior and mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
