Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with a diverse caseload of clients, conducting thorough assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapies, including individual, group, and family counseling sessions to support students coping with emotional and psychological challenges.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary school team to facilitate access to various services and ensure coordinated care.

• Employ effective crisis intervention strategies as needed, providing immediate support to students in distress.

• Conduct regular screenings, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to meet evolving client needs.

• Document all interactions and treatment efficacy accurately, ensuring compliance with ethical and organizational standards.

• Participate in agency committees aimed at quality improvement, enhancing service delivery, and promoting innovative practices.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as assigned.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
