Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will take the lead in providing psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of students and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.

• Administering a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, adjusting your approach based on individual client requirements.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and the highest standards of professional ethics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this position, you should meet the following criteria:

Compensation and Benefits\n
