Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ongoing counseling and therapeutic services tailored to the unique needs of children and families in a school setting, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.

• Serve as a vital support to the Practitioner team by facilitating risk identification and de-escalation, ensuring safety and well-being for all service users.
\n
• Lead interventions involving escalation to emergency services when warranted and guide mandatory reporting procedures while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Regularly communicate new safeguarding risks to Clinical Leads, playing an essential role in identifying safety concerns and contributing to risk management strategies.

• Continuously monitor and assess service delivery effectiveness, gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify barriers and propose actionable changes to improve the service experience.

Qualifications\n
