Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couple's therapy to clients across different age groups, focusing particularly on school-aged children and adolescents.

• Complete comprehensive clinical documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports, in a timely and organized manner.
\n
• Manage scheduling and appointments for clients, ensuring all calendar updates are accurately reflected.
\n
• Utilize our billing service to handle claims, manage client accounts, and verify insurance eligibility, allowing you to focus on therapeutic services.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance treatment plans and share insights regarding various clinical presentations observed in therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will tackle a diverse range of clinical issues affecting school-aged children, adolescents, and their families. Your approach will be vital in addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. You will have the opportunity to build therapeutic relationships that foster resilience and help clients navigate their emotional and psychological hurdles, ultimately improving their academic and social experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Clinical Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LCSW license to practice independently in Texas.
\n
• Strong professional integrity with excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, self-motivation, and organizational skills.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and enhancing therapeutic skills.

• Availability to work full-time, with at least 20-25 hours per week, including a minimum of two evenings weekly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience working with couples and families will be especially considered.

• Exposure to school settings or working with children and adolescents is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, with additional performance bonuses available. As a full-time W2 employee, you will enjoy competitive compensation along with an array of benefits, including:
