Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to effectively address mental health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals to ensure that clients receive necessary support in times of emotional distress.

• Maintain precise and HIPAA-compliant documentation within our electronic health records system, ensuring all client interactions are transparently recorded.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and mental health professionals, to promote integrated care and support for clients and their families.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attend team meetings, and participate in supervision to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support to children and families within the school context. You will be responsible for managing a caseload that entails a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma responses. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
