Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs through virtual meetings, interviews, and questionnaires.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s specific challenges and strengths.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, school psychologists, and parents, to effectively address the needs of students.

• Monitor and evaluate progress of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments based on ongoing assessments.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources, coping strategies, and available community services.

• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in social work and mental health to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds, including those who may be experiencing behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, or trauma. You will provide a safe space for these individuals to express their thoughts and feelings, ultimately fostering resilience and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
\n
• Strong clinical and communication skills, with a passion for working with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
