Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and detailed assessments of clients, which include understanding their individual backgrounds, presenting issues, and goals for treatment.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, couples, and family settings, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and narrative therapy.

• Develop, implement, and continually refine personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, ensuring that interventions are tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional financial incentives are available based on performance and productivity.
