Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health needs, strengths, and potential barriers to success.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that detail specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Engage in regular case consultation with educational professionals and other healthcare providers to coordinate treatment and ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Monitor and evaluate progress towards treatment goals, making adjustments as necessary to meet clients' evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse client base.

• Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with educational staff is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
