Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with students facing mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to their needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of students' needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

• Engage in regular case collaboration with educators, parents, and other relevant stakeholders to form a comprehensive support system for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school setting, addressing a diverse array of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) is mandatory; a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• Must possess an active and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably within school or outpatient mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
