Work Environment\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with our organization, you will operate primarily from a remote setting while directly engaging with students and families within schools. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for assigned clients, identifying major mental health issues or severe emotional disorders and determining appropriate intervention strategies.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated care plans that promote positive outcomes for student clients.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy that caters to the diverse needs of students while ensuring that interventions are developmentally appropriate and evidence-based.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school staff, and families to create a supportive network that enhances each student's emotional and behavioral health.

• Lead crisis intervention efforts, managing acute situations with sensitivity and professionalism, while ensuring safety for all involved.

• Remain knowledgeable of community resources and services to facilitate seamless referrals and follow-ups for students needing additional support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
