Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with students in both community and school environments, providing assessments and interventions for those grappling with major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized integrated care plans, ensuring coordinated access to necessary services and maintaining active communication among clients, families, and interdisciplinary providers.

• Conduct thorough screenings using evidence-based practices, facilitating referrals for more detailed evaluations as required, and managing caseloads that include individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Work closely with educational staff to address the immediate needs of students, ensuring that interventions are in line with their presenting concerns and treatment goals.

• Participate in on-call crisis intervention efforts as needed, providing timely support and resource access to clients during emergencies.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy and treatment plans based on evaluations and feedback.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Restoring Hope Counseling LLC offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
