Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standard tools such as the DSM-5 to establish a thorough understanding of their challenges and strengths.

• Diagnose mental health conditions as necessary and continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting strategies in consultation with clients.
\n
• Create and maintain accurate, timely treatment records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate actively with clients and their families to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that include clear goals, interventions, and milestones.

• Provide regular follow-ups to monitor client progress, refining treatment strategies to ensure patient safety and symptom management.

• Serve as a connector for clients to additional resources and support services, ensuring a continuum of care by liaising with other healthcare providers.

• Engage in the education and mentorship of students, interns, and peers, fostering a collaborative and supportive clinical learning environment.

• Participate in clinical supervision and peer review activities aimed at enhancing team skills and professional development.
