Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Black Rock, your responsibilities encompass a wide array of therapeutic activities, including:

  Developing individualized treatment plans using a strengths-based approach, integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

  Providing therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client and their families, ensuring effective communication and involvement in the treatment process.

  Maintaining timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

  Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including school counselors, educators, and healthcare providers, to create a holistic support system for students.

  Engaging in continuous professional development through participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance clinical skills.

  Offering psychoeducation and support to families regarding mental health concerns, coping strategies, and available community resources to ensure a comprehensive support system.

  Managing a caseload efficiently, ensuring that treatment goals are regularly assessed and adjusted as necessary, in alignment with the standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Texas license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
