Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the emotional, mental, and social factors affecting individual students.

• Work in partnership with students, families, and school staff to create tailored intervention and treatment plans that address specific academic and emotional goals.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to help students navigate academic pressures, personal challenges, and transitions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and social skills among students.

• Advocate for students' rights and facilitate access to community resources, ensuring families receive necessary support and services.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and monitor personalized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).

• Regularly check in with at-risk students, assessing their progress and addressing safety concerns or any emerging issues.

• Facilitate communication between school staff, families, and outside agencies, resolving any conflicts that may arise.

• Educate students and families about available community resources, workshops, and support programs that enhance social engagement and quality of life.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including assessment reports, treatment plans, progress notes, and other essential health records.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children, including those experiencing difficulties due to anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
