This role is uniquely positioned in a remote work setting, allowing flexibility while working directly with school-aged clients and their families. Although primarily remote, occasional in-person meetings may be scheduled to enhance team cohesion and client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns, strengths, and resources of students.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services employing evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans identifying specific therapeutic goals and interventions for each student.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for each client.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety plans when necessary to ensure the immediate well-being of students.

• Maintain precise, timely documentation as required by ethical guidelines and legal standards to support client care continuity.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups tailored to the unique needs of students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our school-focused role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including students from varied backgrounds who may experience mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral problems. You will play a pivotal role in addressing these challenges, ensuring that students have the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Compensation and Benefits\n
