Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and establish appropriate intervention strategies.
\n
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that family priorities and concerns are prioritized.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, using data to inform treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
\n
• Provide valuable support and resources to families, equipping them with strategies to enhance their child's developmental progress.
\n
• Deliver services in compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations and guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Principles to create an engaging and effective support structure for families.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and other professionals to cultivate a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will focus on supporting a diverse range of children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. This role is critical in monitoring the progress of our youngest clients, who are typically in the crucial developmental stage of ages zero to three. By providing early intervention services, you will play a vital role in facilitating their growth in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctorate in social work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license is required to meet client and community needs.
\n
• 1-year experience working in early intervention settings with children under three years of age.
\n
• Strong adaptability to various learning styles and individualized treatment plans, ensuring all children receive tailored support.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage caseloads and documentation.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
