This position will be performed in a remote setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while actively engaging with children and their families. While you will primarily work from home, you will have regular virtual meetings and consultations with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their unique strengths and areas needing support.

• Actively participate in the formulation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's developmental needs.

• Monitor the progress of children through regular assessments and collaborate with families to adjust service strategies as needed.
\n
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members, establishing a nurturing and supportive environment.
\n
• Ensure adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations while providing evidence-based interventions.

• Utilize natural environment teaching approaches to deliver services in a way that fosters engagement and developmental progress.

• Provide training and resources to families, empowering them with skills to support their child's growth effectively.

• Implement coaching models that respect individual learning styles and promote natural learning experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities and developmental delays. Your interventions will focus on enhancing their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills, crucial during the first three years of life. This hands-on support will directly influence their development trajectory and enhance the quality of life for the child and their families, enabling them to thrive within their communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure from the State Department of Public Health, specifically LCSW certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. We provide a competitive benefits package that includes:
