Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Circles, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify students’ mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in established best practices.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to fit each student's unique situation.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation to comply with HIPAA regulations and support effective continuity of care.
\n
• Collaborating with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop integrated treatment strategies that address the broader needs of students and their families.

• Facilitating regular case consultations to discuss treatment efficacy, share best practices, and enhance clinical skills through peer feedback.

• Providing education and resources to students and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community support services.

• Staying informed of the latest research and developments in mental health to continuously refine and elevate your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve students from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your work will aim to foster a positive environment in schools by addressing these issues through therapeutic engagement and preventive measures.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a relevant setting.

• Strong skills in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Exceptionally proficient interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with students and families from varied cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 78,000 and 115,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
