Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new patients, utilizing standardized tools and individualized interviews to determine mental health needs and risks.

• Develop, implement, and adapt tailored treatment plans to meet the unique emotional and psychological needs of each student.

• Provide both individual and group psychotherapy, employing evidence-based practices to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

• Facilitate crisis intervention by using immediate assessment techniques and providing targeted support during stressful situations.

• Meticulously document patient progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, share insights, and ensure comprehensive support for each student.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development sessions to remain current with emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
