This position is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to create your own schedule without the demands of on-call work. Our innovative telehealth platform allows you to conduct therapy sessions seamlessly through live video sessions, an approach that combines convenience with accessibility for clients. You'll utilize state-of-the-art digital tools, including an advanced electronic medical record (EMR) system that incorporates artificial intelligence for streamlined documentation and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, addressing a range of emotional disorders among adult clients.

• Collaborate with educational staff and other providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, and measure clients’ functional improvements and goal progress to inform and adjust therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices in mental healthcare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing various emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. You will work actively towards meeting diverse needs and providing culturally sensitive care, ensuring every client's background and experiences are respected in the treatment process. This role emphasizes support for a population that may include LGBTQ+ individuals, various cultural backgrounds, and those with unique social challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• An independently licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) certificate in California is mandatory, with additional state licenses being beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
